This Privacy Policy describes how Mannan Technologies Private Limited("Trackker", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at 1st Floor, Plot No 142, St No.5, Blk-B, Balbir Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110086, India, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website at trackker.co and our software platform at app.trackker.co (collectively, the "Service").

This policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and other applicable Indian laws.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company name. If you purchase a plan, we collect billing information necessary to process your payment through our payment processor, Razorpay.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the dashboard.

Tracking Data: When you install our tracking script, we collect data such as page views, clicks, referral sources, UTM parameters, and conversion events on your website. This data belongs to you and is processed by Trackker as a data processor on your behalf.

Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access our Service, including browser type, operating system, IP address, and approximate geographic location.

3. Sensitive Personal Data

We do not collect sensitive personal data or information (SPDI) as defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, unless absolutely necessary for payment processing. Payment card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how our website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Our tracking script uses first-party cookies on your website to identify returning visitors. These cookies are set under your domain, not ours.

  • Payment Processors: Razorpay processes your payment information securely. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or banking details.
  • Email Service Providers: We use Resend to send transactional emails such as account verification and billing notifications.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Our Service is hosted on Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL). Your data is stored on servers that comply with industry-standard security practices.
  • Error Monitoring: We use Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring to improve the reliability of our Service.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority under applicable Indian law.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as required under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. These include encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure password hashing (bcrypt), API key encryption (AES-256), access controls, and regular security reviews.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Tracking data is retained according to your subscription plan (90 days for Starter, 1 year for Pro, custom for Enterprise). After account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your tracking data via our API or CSV export feature
  • Withdraw consent for data collection (which may result in inability to use the Service)
  • File a complaint with the Grievance Officer (details below)

9. Data Transfer

Your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside India (including the United States) through our cloud service providers. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We ensure that all third-party providers maintain adequate security standards.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
